These terms cover your use of trajectorymedia.co and our free audit. The website is run by Trajectory Media LLC ("Trajectory Media", "we", "us"), 312 W. 2nd St #1587, Casper, WY 82601, USA. By using the website or booking an audit, you agree to these terms.

The free audit

  • The audit is a free 30-minute call on Zoom. We review your website, Instagram and bookings with you and share 3 concrete fixes.
  • It is free, and you don't have to buy anything, during the call or after it.
  • Our recommendations are advice. We don't promise any number of bookings or any specific result.
  • To move or cancel your call, reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected].

Text messages (SMS)

  • Program: Trajectory Media.
  • Audit texts: if you say yes on our form, we text you your booking confirmation and reminders for your audit.
  • Marketing texts: if you say yes on our form, we text you occasional tips and offers.
  • Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one message to confirm, and then no more texts.
  • Reply HELP for help, or write to [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using the website

The text, photos and design of this website belong to Trajectory Media or are used with permission. Please don't copy them without asking us. Don't use the website or our forms to send anything unlawful, false or harmful.

Paid work

If we work together after the audit, that work is covered by a separate written agreement.

The website and the free audit are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Trajectory Media is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website or the audit.
